The fact that I have a bit of a daggy username (that was originally a joke anyway) on LJ has kinda been bothering me. So I went to see if any of my other alias' were taken already.
And 'Loie' was. By me, apparently.

My morning was more interesting than yours!
Hypothetical question ..
If a mouse fell onto your head while you were going about your morning business, would you completely freak out? Because I did, this morning, when I felt a faint thump on my head and then something scrabbling around.
Of course, I didn't realise it was a mouse, I thought there was some amazingly massive spider/cockroach on my head, which caused me to scream and run around like an idiot. However, the assumption that I had some arachnid on me was valid I think, because I generally don't assume mice fall from the ceiling, where as bugs, they can do anything they want.
So now the mouse has been barricaded into the shower, and that is where it will stay until my parents get home. It's actually quite cute .. when it's not on me.
Why must the wee beasties continue to come into my house and terrorise me?!

On a seperate note, after having nightmares continuously for about two and a half weeks, I finally had a proper night's sleep. So thank goodness for that.

Yay~
I got 85% on my first piece of homework for German. It's worth a really tiny amount of my overall mark for the year so it's really no big deal, but still, I'm happy when I feel the work I am doing is reflected in the grades I get. I never got that feeling in High School.

Oh, and it's disconcerting, to say the least, when you're crawling under a table in a short skirt, and someone goes 'Thatcher, no!' to the guy who was sitting directly behind you.
Congrats to everyone else~! Sorry I wasn't there for the rest of the meeting!

It was so awesome. There was anime and manga and figurines and cosplay and yaoi (<3) and competitions and love.
Yes. Much love. I went as Winry the first day and Rosette the second day, and even though I didn't win anything it was still t3h awsum. Emit won a prize for her 1337 art, which was awesome.
If anything, the con just told me that there is tons of anime I have to watch XD
I can't wait 'til next year. <3
